Hi, how are you? Have you ever tried to lose weight? I have. How did it go? My went terrible. I am her to help you lose weight. Okay so i am just telling you now that you won't actually lose like 10 pounds in a day, but this will hopefully help you.
Okay the first step is to get a calendar. And that may sound weird but trust me on this. mark a couple days on the week that you will ride you bike or walk or do some sort of excrescence for an hour. And then do it on those days. Every day eat some thing healthy like a salad or an apple or some sort of healthy food. I recommend shopping for groceries at a whole food store and going easy on that McDonald. Keep cheeking your weight and see if it goes down a little. I hope you guys learned a thing or two!
